- Returns or exchanges are only allowed if the seal sticker is intact and the product has not been opened.
For other products:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost when returning or exchanging any product, unless the reason is an error on the store's part.
Second: Cases in Which Returns or Exchanges Are Not Allowed
- Returns or exchanges are not allowed for opened or used products, except in cases of defective or incorrectly sent items.
- Products without a seal cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons.
- Items purchased during sales or promotions are also non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
